Program name. IRP Express filing reminders.

What we send. Notices that a filing deadline is approaching or has passed, and that a credential on file is expiring. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Who receives them. Existing customers who have provided a mobile number and consented to receive messages.

How to opt in. In person at our office, or by telephone. Consent is recorded against your customer account.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages.

Help. Reply HELP, or call (708) 705-6431.

Frequency. Varies by the services you use; typically a few messages per quarter.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
